RMC Water and Environment Staff Volunteer at Community Projects

As an environmental engineering firm dedicated to developing solutions to complex water issues, RMC Water and Environment has received recognition by the Engineering News Records’ top 200 environmental firms every year since 2007. RMC Water and Environment also participates in several community service projects. In 2014, the company assisted the Orangewood Children’s Foundation and the Junipero Serra Elementary School.

In September, staff at RMC volunteered at the Orangewood Children’s Foundation, based in Santa Ana. At this location, volunteers cooked meals for approximately 60 foster youth who are working toward independent living. These youth receive meals if they use the foundation’s resource center to help find housing or employment opportunities.

Toward the end of 2014, staff also volunteered at the Junipero Serra Elementary School in San Francisco. The volunteers gave the school’s computer lab 21 kid-friendly computer mice, 21 headphones attached with microphones, and a new set of mouse pads.
